What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Specialist with German & English – Remote on our team, you will:
- Assist buyers with the purchased products.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on using the purchased products.
- Answer buyers inquiries and troubleshoot any technical or operational issues.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you have:
- German proficiency (C1) & medium English (B2) level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Minimum 6 months previous experience in a BPO industry
