We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming our customers and providing assistance in a friendly manner.
- Advising customers with excellent product knowledge.
- Quickly identifying and responding appropriately to customers’ needs in order to maximise sales.
- Providing professional advice to each customer, even when assisting several clients at the same time.
- Ensuring customer service is always the top priority over other tasks.
- Maintaining the store’s order and attractive appearance.
- Knowing the store’s commercial objectives and monitoring the achievement of these goals.
- Participating in cashier and stockroom operations, preparing products for sale.
