We’re looking for a Seller Support Specialist to help new sellers get started on our e-commerce platform. You’ll play a key role in making their onboarding experience smooth and hassle-free by guiding them through setup, answering their questions, and ensuring they understand how to use our tools effectively.
What You’ll Need:
- Romanian native language level & English medium level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
What You’ll Get:

- Monday – Friday schedule, shifts between 9 AM – 7 PM

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist new sellers in setting up their accounts and listing products.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on using platform tools.
- Answer seller inquiries and troubleshoot any technical or operational issues.
- Ensure sellers have a positive experience and feel supported throughout onboarding.
- Collect feedback to improve the onboarding process.
- Educate sellers on best practices to grow their business.
- Identify and report recurring issues to improve the overall seller experience.
