Manager Global Business Services

    Salary: RON 10,000 to RON 16,000 / month

    The opportunity

    We are seeking a Manager Global Business Services to join our team of talented professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, learning, and career development within our organization.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Lead delivery of advisory engagements related to Global Business Services and Finance Transformation provided to our clients
    • Services include but are not limited to:
      • Shared Services Centers (SSC) or Center of Excellence (CoE) implementation from creation of a legal entity to running operations
      • Finance Organizational Redesign
      • Finance processes review, optimization, or reengineering ensuring business continuity and efficiency
      • Digitalization of Finance Functions
    • Work with clients on end-to-end projects through planning, execution, and findings & recommendation
    • Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks
    • Keep updated with regulatory updates, industry developments, practices, and technology developments relevant for GBS Functions across sectors
    • Coach and help people grow by sharing knowledge and previous experiences, offering guidance and support, to attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies

    Skills and attributes for success

    • University degree in accounting, finance, management, or similar,
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or in finance function (e.g. SSC management and project management, finance transformation, change management etc.)
    • Strong experience in Process redesign & GBS environment
    • Excellent Project Management skills
    • Interest in IFRS, Controlling and Budgeting.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
    • Proactive, flexible and team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
    • Good command of English. Another language is a plus (French preferred).
    • ACCA/ CIMA/ Other professional certification is a plus
