What you will do in this role
As an KYC Analyst with English on our team, you will:
Conduct different verifications of customers in accordance with client’s internal guidelines and leveraging its database resources;
Verify the legitimacy of a company or business entity by obtaining and reviewing relevant legal documents, such as business licenses, registration certificates, and articles of incorporation.
Collect different documents
Review cases and escalate in accordance with the established escalation procedures.
