Junior Graphic Designer

    Salary: €600 – €1,000 per month

    Who we are looking for

    Are you a creative and detail-oriented junior designer who enjoys developing original visual identities? Do you like adapting designs across different formats while keeping the brand essence alive?

    You’ll work on a wide variety of projects – from digital and print materials to motion design – bringing fresh ideas to life and supporting impactful employer branding and talent communication. Sending your portfolio will be considered an advantage.

    Requirements:

    • At least one year of experience in corporate graphic design.
    • Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
    • Experience and deep working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word as a design tool.
    • Comprehensive understanding of printing principles, graphic design rules, including layout, color theory and typography.
    • Very strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality work.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills in a team environment, both internally and across all functions.
    • Proficient in English language
    • Submitting a portfolio will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of animation programs such as Adobe Premier & Adobe After Effects will be considered as an advantage
    • Experience in international working environment is a plus
    • Knowledge of graphic design theory, including typography, color and layout.
    • Experience of working within the constraints of a design/brand system.

    • Create visual solutions that can be reused and become valuable assets to an ever-growing design library
    • Attend to side-projects and explore growing opportunities proactively
    • Continuously learn and improve own skills as a design
    • Be flexible with working hours in the case of major opportunities where every contribution is critical for the success of the engagement.
