To achieve it, we are looking for a Junior Business Support Officer to join the team.
Your role within Advisority:
- Maintain office operations, coordinating supplies, logistics, and facilities;
- Arrange travel and accommodation;
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organise company events;
- Provide HR administrative support(contracts, employee records, onboarding, leave management);
- Review, prepare and maintain accurate documentation;
- Handle acceptances, invoices and payments, liaising with clients and suppliers.
What sets you apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field;
- Good organizational skills and attention to details, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Good computer knowledge skills (Microsoft Office);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Advanced command of both spoken and written English.
