Responsibilities
Operational Coordination:
- Central point of information and alignment for all projects of the Marketing & Communication department
- Track calendars, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with the plan set by the Director
- Collaborate closely with each team member to facilitate efficient project implementation
Public Relations & Media:
- Draft press releases, interview materials, opinion articles, and other editorial content
- Coordinate and maintain direct relationships with journalists, influencers, and relevant publications
- Organize press conferences, media meetings, and PR events
- Monitor media appearances and manage press responses
CSR & Sponsorships:
- Support CSR initiatives and approved sponsorship projects, ensuring their implementation and communication
Internal Communication:
- Coordinate the execution of employee messages, internal campaigns, and engagement initiatives
- Develop content for intranet and internal channels, aligned with the Director’s strategy
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor performance indicators for projects and campaigns carried out
- Prepare clear and concise reports for the Director
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in communication (strategic and operational), with a focus on PR and media relations
- Experience in complex industries such as infrastructure, energy, or telecommunications
- Portfolio of press releases, articles, and PR campaigns with a proven positive impact on brand reputation
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both Romanian and English
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with internal and external teams
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and focus on measurable results
