What you will do in this role
As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:
- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations (ex. different issues regarding mobile devices, laptops etc.)
- Manage multichannel interactions (., voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have advanced knowledge of French (minimum B2-C1) and English (minimum B1)
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Are available to work from our office in Bucharest
