    We are looking for a colleague to join our Marketing Department for the position of Brand Manager. This person will become part of the Nespresso team and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating promotions, as well as managing the B2C product portfolio for coffee, machines, and accessories.


    A Typical Day Would Look Like This:

    • Manage the B2C portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories, and services by coordinating and implementing product launches (quantity forecasts, product text translations, labels, pricing, communication, and promotional strategy).
    • Propose and lead the annual promotional strategy (espresso machines, accessories, coffee) for B2C in owned channels, and support the communication of promotions with marketing materials.
    • Ensure continuous improvement through pre- and post-evaluation of promotions.
    • Coordinate market research and monitor competitor developments for coffee, machines, accessories, and services to support the local strategy and marketing plan.
    • Continuously evaluate, in collaboration with the Data Analyst, Finance Department, and Sales Departments, the performance of the portfolio in all own sales channels in order to identify and initiate potential optimizations.
    • Use data and reports provided by Nielsen and GFK to analyze consumer trends, customer behavior, and brand performance.
    • Identify opportunities to grow sales and market share.
    • Support the B2C & CRM Manager in strategic and budgetary decision-making.
    • Manage and monitor the sub-department budget (promotion, communication, and research budget).

    How Can You Succeed?

    • Minimum 3 years of Brand Management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry or a similar environment.
    • Familiarity with market analysis and data analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen, GFK).
    • Ability to interpret market data and make strategic recommendations based on the analyses carried out.
    • Ability to monitor and evaluate product and promotional campaign performance.
    • Creative, solution-oriented thinking and adaptability to market changes.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Understanding of brand management principles, including brand development and market positioning.
    • Advanced project management and team coordination skills for implementing campaigns.
    • Advanced English language proficiency.
