Salary: 6,000 – 9,000 RON net / month
As a Study Management Associate you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Support clinical project/study activities and interact with global/regional project teams to ensure that all data, documentation, and information are in alignment with clinical study targets.
- Assist in the creation, update, and maintenance of assigned SharePoint folders.
- Aid in maintaining the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF); support quality control reviews of documents and help in resolving issues.
- Support data entry and maintenance within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
- Monitor project/study progress and compile status reports and metrics.
- Handle scheduling, tracking, and help manage meeting tasks; create and disseminate post-meeting summaries.
- Perform other duties as needed within Clinical Operations or other related departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required
- Previous experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO industry
- Knowledge of clinical operations methodologies, understanding of operational aspects of clinical study processes
- Experience in MS Office
- Fluent in English and the local language
