Salary: €650 – €900 /month
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation that aligns with company policies and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, system updates, and document management
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and conducting orientation sessions
Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as benefits, leaves, and compensation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities
Prepare and validate the monthly payroll file, ensuring all changes (new hires, terminations, leaves, bonuses, deductions, etc.) are accurately reflected
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar position
Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in a fast-paced or international work environment
High-level English communication skills
