    We are looking for a colleague to join our Marketing Department as a Brand Manager. This person will join the Nespresso team and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating promotions, as well as managing the B2C product portfolio for coffee, machines, and accessories.


    A Typical Day Would Include:

    • Managing the B2C portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories, and services by coordinating and implementing product launches (quantity forecasts, product text translations, labels, pricing, communication, and promotional strategy).
    • Proposing and leading the annual promotional strategy – for machines, accessories, and coffee – across B2C own channels, and supporting promotion communication with marketing materials.
    • Ensuring continuous improvement through pre- and post-promotion evaluations.
    • Coordinating market research and monitoring competitors (coffee, machines, accessories, services) to support the local strategy and marketing plan.
    • Continuously evaluating, in collaboration with the Data Analyst, Finance, and Sales Departments, the performance of the portfolio across all sales channels to identify and initiate possible optimisations.
    • Using data and reports from Nielsen and GFK to analyse consumer trends, customer behaviour, and brand performance.
    • Identifying opportunities for sales and market growth.
    • Supporting the B2C & CRM Manager in strategic and budgetary decision-making.
    • Managing and monitoring the sub-department budget – covering promotions, communications, and research.

    How Can You Succeed?

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG or a similar environment.
    • Familiarity with market analysis and data analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen, GFK).
    • Ability to interpret market data and make strategic recommendations based on analysis.
    • Ability to monitor and evaluate product and promotional campaign performance.
    • Creative, solution-oriented thinking and adaptability to market changes.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Understanding of brand management principles, including brand development and market positioning.
    • Advanced project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams to implement campaigns.
    • Advanced English language skills.
